I'm 30 year old male, 6 ft 190lb and have been weight training for 6 years. I started with an emaciated 145lb cross country body in college and put on 20lb with calisthenics. I eventually transitioned to 5x5 and Texas method and put on 25-30lbs. I am interested in planning and starting a first cycle.
