Scanning the forum, looks like its a good place to hang out and learn. Am 50 and fairly healthy, consistent in gym and cardio with medium athletic build. I may need some xtra help to gain past where I am at. Ill be asking in the forums. Thanks

Thanks for taking the time to reply. Getting a hold of a doc in my community is a problem. I live in a small town in Canada. I had recent bloodwork done. Testing for a few things when I had some minor issues (non related to gym type things) Test where good, really good she said, but that was all the info I have. Need to go back and test again for results that matter now if I am considering a boost.

Well, you're at that age where things naturally decline so it's a great idea to stay on top of things. When it comes to doc's and hormones, way to many think you are in great shape as long as you're in range. Even if you're at the bottom of the range where no one wants to be. Start getting copies of all your blood work in the future. It will definitely help you out.

definately getting appointment for bloodwork and keeping a copy, hopefully I can find a doc that will work with me, seems none are taking new patients for any matter, but will keep trying
