    Awesome resource!

    Hey everyone! I've actually been glued to this forum for a couple days now and the advise and wealth of knowledge here is awesome. I've learned a ton already.

    I'm 5'5, 190, 20% BF at 39 years old. I've been working out off and on since I was in my early 20's. I had three shoulder surgeries that took me out of the game for years as I just couldn't get passed the pain. But the third surgery did the trick.

    Anyway, I've recently done a few cycles of SARMS and have really liked the results. I recently was diagnosed with hypogonadism and after my first shot of test i was shocked at how good it made me feel. Thinking about going all in and doing a couple cycles of test but I already have high cholesterol that's barely controlled with medication so I have a lot to learn.

    Thanks for this resource. I look forward to educating myself.

    Thanks Nice Guy...got to work on my BF for sure but the SARM cycles have definitely helped me get passed my plateau's. Now that I've got a taste of that progress I've caught the bug lol. I will be going on a cut soon to try to get my BF down to the 15% range and then go for it.

    Welcome to the forum. Alot of knowledge here. You won't be disappointed. I agree with the post above. You have some good stats to work with. Definately have the foundation to build from. Hope the HRT section is of help to you

    Been reading now for a week. You guys have filled this forum with awesome info. I have zero doubts I will be 100% ready for whatever comes when I begin my first cycle. Glad to be amongst all of you.
