Whats up yall. I used to be somewhat active on here a long ass time ago before life actually got complicated. Im actually getting motivated to start lifting again, but i haven't really consistently set foot in a gym since around 2011 after I flipped my truck breaking my collar bone and 4-5 ribs. Still stayed active after that, but since then I've had 2 kids, 2 baby mommas, and a few shoulder dislocations. Shit really hit the fan when I dislocated my hip and broke my pelvis in 2015 and haven't had insurance to get fixed, so I developed avascular necrosis and severe osteoarthritis in my hip. Finally getting insurance though. Anyway, something clicked recently and im trying to get things figured out before I go to hard to soon and get discouraged. Gonna be asking a lot of questions about everything since I've gotta take a new approach to all of this.
