    Hello to all

    Hi all,
    New here. Not to lifting. Always have been very very interested in gear and lifting. 45 yo male 185lbs. Prob 25% bf. My body is now just not responding like it used to. Have an apt w a trt doc on wednesday. No idea what he will say. Anyway just thought I'd post. Taking time now to read the stickies.

    I just started on TRT.

    Blood test will be the first thing they do to figure out where you actually are. In my limited experience though it isn't hard finding a doctor to get you on TRT, the hard part is trying to get your insurance to pay for it! I gave up and just pay out of pocket for now.
