New member here.
49 year old male just getting back into the gym after taking almost a decade off and having ERCB tendon surgery.
Excited to read and relearn all that I have forgotten.been back in the gym for 8 weeks. Pants are looser in the waist, sleeve cuffs are tighter already. Been cruising on 100 cyp for 2 years on trt Currently in week 4 of a 500mg/week 12 week blast of cyp. Things feel great!
