Hey everyone, i used to be here awhile ago..like 7 years ago or so lol. Getting back into the gym, i got lazy and divorced so i put on some weight. Dropping that now tho and looking to get back in the swing of things. I see some things have changed...all PMs are welcome. I appreciate the help and navigation in the new platform.
