My name is Eric Ianna and I?m from Berlin, Germany.

I?m really happy to be here and finally join this community. Fitness and bodybuilding have been a big part of my life for years, and I?ve spent a lot of time training and learning along the way. While I already have some experience, I believe there?s always something new to learn.

I joined this forum because I want to expand my knowledge about products, supplements, training, nutrition, recovery, and everything related to fitness and bodybuilding.
