I work out pretty consistently, part-time trainer, currently into my fourth cycle, you know everything you are suppossed to do right.
But I have a problem, which may be more cerebral then physical.
Anyways, when I was a pre-teen and early teenager, I was a little porker and developed stretch marks on my stomach, ass, hips, legs & inner biceps.
Then I turned 15 and lost all the baby fat.
Now, it sucks, certain parts are really tight and others look a little loose, and sometimes you wonder what all the hard work is for.
Can anyone offer any advice for this problem?
