This looks like a good site 4 getting info etc - congrats to the moderators etc.

Im just getting back into using again after about 9 years off, things are bit different now I have to say; no forums/information sites back then - we just bought the stuff off the gym owner - easy as!

Anyway, just thought I'd say g'day and probably cross paths with a few of you in the future.
