Hey guys, im new to the site and have been reading posts for the past few days. Im an very impressed with the site, great material, for juice and for bodybuilding/exercise in general. Ive learned alot in the past few days, im 6'3" 192lbs, about 8-9% body fat, my goal is to keep my current physique but add another 20lbs or so. I play Hockey, and do allot of water sports (wakeboarding) so i dont want to get overly huge. Anyway, keep up the good work...
