Hey, Sorta new to this forum, been hovering in the background for a bit so thought it was time i joined in, Bit about my self

Background: use to play semi pro rugby, now just into weight training in general, i have done "dirty suppliments" before
weight: 14st (bit podgy cos of good living and been bone idle lately)
Thats about it, mainly boring stuff ill post some pics later on when i have my digi cam working.
