Im 5'9 been training about3 years.. im turning 20(yes i know im a bit young). I weight in at 185 with 6%bf. Ive never done a cycle and was told that the deca only cycle was a bad idea....(its what i purchased before i decided to get informed...i know bad idea..) My goal is to one day be about 225lbs-235lbs one;day in the distant in future....but for now 15-20 lbs would be wonderful. Any input would be greatly appreciated..
