    Thumbs up Hey how are you guys

    Hey guys
    Just thought id introduce myself, ive actually been browsing through these boards for ages but never joined up , but now that I am a member i look forward to learning more and more from you guys, I have read heaps of your threads regarding diff type of steroids and your advice was spot on. Guess should start off with my stats im 6" 200pounds and im at 12% bf (heaps i know ) and i live in Australia, neway ill try get some pics up soon , im actually thinking of competing round october next year so Ill be asking heaps of questions lol bear with me and thanks for having me.
