What's up bro's? Just joined AR and it looks great. Like I said on a different board, I've been outta the picture for about a year due to knee surgery and the birth of my daughter. I've done one show in "01" and placed 2nd (middleweight, npc). Been training for about 10 years. Right now, having to start all over again, I'm 5'8 215 about 10 to 15% bf. Usualy 220 to 240 depending on the time of year.
