I noticed some members with a pic under their screename. How do you put one on?

if you click User CP at the top of the page, you can go into your own personal settings. There will be a link for Avatar - thats is where you will be able to insert it. There is a size restriction on it - 150 x 150 pixels. Make sure you resize your image to that size and save it as a jpeg.
