Hi, new member, haven't trained seriously for 5 years and it shows! Have put on way too much weight and lost muscle. Want to get back at it and find the old self.
What up boys and girls.....I've been working hard since Jan '04 and have lost inches round my waist and gained a crazy 20 pounds!! Feels GRRRRREAT....but I NEED more. I'm 5'8", 196, with a 40 inch chest and take a size 32 pant. Body fat is round 16-18%. I know it's a little high but i'm goin for mass for now. I'll try cuttin up next summer. Looking forward to usin some gear in the futue....give me 'till Jan '05. I'm starting my research now so I am fully prep'd fro when the time comes......for sure I will have some questions for u guys....and I 'm glad there's a site like this so I can get some good answers...TTYL8R!!
