Well... i turn 22 next month, and i feel its about time I get into the physical condition I have always wanted to. No time like the present huh? Anyway though, the defintion is what i am shooting for... not mass... so if anyone wants to throw some suggestions to me i would greatly appreciate it.
Right now i play soo much soccer and do too much cardio to honestly be able to weightlift to get mass too effectively. I want to go for the lean, very cut look.
