Thought I would say hello. I have been around the board for awhile now and thought i would register up.
quick specs
5'8
205lbs
body fat no more than 15% right now but will cut it down during spring.
32-33 waist the usual stuff
body building for 10 years with decent knowledge but lifting for 14yrs total.
My goal is to get to a point where I feel comfortable competing at. Right now I don't feel big enough. I would like to hit 220-230lbs with my body fat not exeeding where it is now. Looking forward to contributing and gaining knowledge from this board.
