I'm glad to have found this board when I did. I just started to get back into working out/lifting weights. I've never really been serious into lifting, so I am pretty weak right now as I haven't lifted or worked out in several years. A little about myself: I am 28 years old, 180 lbs, and 6'0" tall. I would consider myself in decent shape, but nothing spectacular. I Probably have 5-10 lbs I could take off to be at an ideal weight for my size. I wear a size 32 and have a 42 inch chest, so I'm not fat or anything. I'm wanting to get into lifting more seriously, and wanted to get some personal advice from people on where to start. I DO NOT want to take any steroids at this time, as I want to do this all natural! What I would like is some advice for pretty much a first time lifter who is interested into getting into this as a lifestyle change! Any help on how to start would be greatly appreciated, as well as to what I can expect. I can post a current pic if you like. Many many thanks in advance!
