    how much/when to use

    I have a med condition that I was taking depotest from MD,not working bought Qv,have been giving 1cc,every 5-6days too much,Was shot on duty and had to have 4 back surgeries,eat healthy,exercise daily but cannot get weight off,anything else I should be using with Qv?Advise please,and what size neetles,using 25/1and half,makes my ass sore for days,help.
