    pony up the loot brotha

    i bought it at his site for i think like $50 bucks or some ****.it's kinda tight.his training partner is an annoying puss, his wife's tits are nice, and his monotone rant on nutrition will put you in a coma......BUT it's not a bad dvd to watch for a little motivation
