    hello i'm new here

    hi i'm paulm. i live in south africa and started offically working out plus taking anabolic steroids in september 2003. i've gained 28lbs after two cycles and now on third cycle. at the moment weighing 156lbs, 32 years old. looking forward to gain loads more!!! also looking forward to getting advice on this site.
