Hey, everone. I've been browsing through this board for quite some time now (and using the Search tool, which I'm sure pleases a lot of you vets) and finally figured it was time to register and let myself be known. I'm 25 years old and have been training for about 7 years now. Within about 8 months of hitting the gym I had dropped about 70 pounds and lost 7-8 inches from my waist. Since then, I've really only been focusing on not gaining that weight back and maintaining what muscle I did have. In the last year, though, I've set my sights on gaining strength and quality mass. I've really cleaned up my diet and workout habits and have made solid gains so far. But now I'm looking for that little extra edge, and that's why I'm here.
