Hello,fellow lifters Bigbench here willing to learn more from others.As for me I have been lifting for about a good 6yrs. my best lifts right now are sq.615,bench.500,deadlift.550.When started out i weighed 140 and now 200lbs. all natural.Now i want to gain another 20lbs. and whole lot more strength I'm mostly into powerlifting.So any help about gear,diet,or workouts would be appreciated.![]()
