I have a ton of Q's about cycles and stuff but I'll obviously ask them in the right place..
Play football and just need to get stronger after a car accident (tore both my rotar cuffs and messed my right knee up bad - hit by a drunk driver) bench is like 190 x 10, i know its bad but hey what doesn't kill u only makes you stronger huh (i hope)??
