This site is awesome. I sure wish I had known about it when I was lifting. I went from 145lbs to 205 in under 2 years (I know, like a freakin balloon) and that was all upper body (yeah, I looked funny). Long story short, I got out of lifting for a couple years, lost a ton of weight (~175lbs now), gained some fat... yada yada.
Anyway, I'm going to hit it hard again and this site will be right beside me. It's great access to all of this knowledge.
