Some time I'd like to run my latest diet idea by you.......I call it the "If it taste good then it's good for you" diet. It's nothing but candy bars, pies and cakes.............but I wave a piece of chicken over each item to add protein to the contents. hahahahahaha

    Heheh, man, I've actually been doing re-hab for my knees, and I'm only about 55%.......this injury takes FOREVER to heal, and it's both knees too! Well, better both now and get it over with, right?

    I'll have pics in a bit, yes. I am aiming to just always be leaner, meaner, and not worry about trying to be the strongest man in the gym..........that's the old days, now it's about lookin' good and gettin' paid for it. Time to make the money with the body, not spend money on makin' it and always repairing it from injury.

    Really bro, there comes a time when "enough is enough" and you have to start thinking about what you are going to do w/the body you've made. It's almost as if you ask yourself, "okay, what now???" I've done all the shows I care to do, so now it's on to other endeavors that can lead to opening other doors, and so forth.
