    yup, another newbie...

    I thought I'd drop in and say hi. I'm 20 years old and have been training for a couple years now and have been trying different diets to see what works best for me. It's been a real learning experience thats for sure. The whole source thing is very overwhelming and rather discouraging so I'm thinking I'll hold off for a while until I get to know some of you.

    Welcome to AR bro. Good thinking on your part about sources. Read a bit and hang out. Become knowledgable about BB, dieting, training, and what is what and how with anabolics. We'll see what happends in the long run.
