hey guys i have been reading around and im impresses with all the knoweledge on this site and from members. heres my questions. i am 5'9 and weight about 185-190. im not weak but i do carry around too much fat for my tastes. i run at least 10 miles usually a week so i got most cardio taken care of. i also go to the gym every other day. lookin to put on mass and cut up mostly more than anything. dont know if i should consider takin roid while im in but just in case any suggestions for a first cycle?
