Hi to you all,ive just joined the board and i wanted to introduce myself,
my name is Dan and i live in norfolk.

I have been training now for four years, and am hopng to start competing next year. I am interested if any of you have any new hints , tips or techniques training-wise which i could include in my workout programme, as i think that the net is a great forum to share ideas and experience.
