hi i am 20 years old and want to look good for the summer. I am 6' 210lbs kinda chubby got a little of a beer belly i am doing deca qvc 300 8 week cycle 300 mg per week i was thinking of during clumbeterol with it but don't know how to cycle clumbuterol???? help with cycling clembuterol would be greatly appreciated also should i run proviron and nolvadex and how many mg of each should i take any help or suggestions would greatly be appreciated
You should get test in that cycle,or the chubby kid won't be getting any chubbies.

Glad you decided to come to the board. First, doing deca by itself is a terribel cycle. Deca being one of the hard anabolics will cause a serious shut down of the HPTA.
Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Testicular Axis (HPTA):
Secondly you must understand the Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Testicular Axis and the affect Anabolic Androgenic steroids has on your HPTA. The use of AAS has a negative affect on your HPTA, which I’ll put in simple terms. For a detailed explanation see the following link:

The body is always looking to establish homeostasis, a balance in the body. Upon the introduction of AAS to the body, you begin to reduce your own production. Some AAS compounds are harsher to your HPTA and shut your natural production down hard. A rebound from this shutdown is taxing on the body upon discontinuing use of AAS. Other compounds must be used to help the body return to homeostasis.
The compounds that are harsh on your HPTA will also be harsh on your libido; your sexual drive, and for men can result in a limp penis.
Such compounds that are harsh on the HPTA are:
Trenbolone (fina)
Deca-Durabolin
It is therefore, advisable for at least the sakes of sex, to keep Testosterone as a base for any AAS cycle.
In my opinion since you are here now. Read, research, learn then ask questions. Clen should also cycle 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. A good way is to run ECA on your off weeks. If you dont know what ECA is then research that as well. Utilize the search button up top and type in key words you wish to know about. Example: Beginners cycles, clenbuterol, Deca cycles, and HTPA. What is PCT, what is nolvadex. Also, you need to know the side affects of DECA such as the lactation affects deca has and what can be done to subside this affect. Bromo or B6. Type those words and find out what they are and how to administer them.
You have a lot to learn. Also, try a search on dieting and training. Muscles dont come in a bottle, cut weight, or do magic tricks. There is a mathematic sequence you need to understand to using gear.
