I recently completed a 10-week cycle (sustanon/norandren) and I was wondering what is the best way to lose fat and keep my muscle gains? I tried clenbuterol after my last cycle and it worked, but i ended up losing alot of my gains as well. Also, I have this problem with my shoulders when I try to do incline bench with dumbells. It's happened twice. When I extend, my deltoid (or in that general area) feels like the muscles are twisting up and i can feel it popping and cracking. It really pisses me off because it puts me out of commision for about a week. Does anybody know what this could be or what it is caused by?
