    Glad to see there are people who respond...
    i start my first cycle in 10 days after 3 years of "regular" training...
    looking for any ideas or advice to add to my knowledge...

    Cycle #1:

    250 mg Sustanon/wk/6 weeks
    50 mg/day Clomid the following 2 weeks

    any input would be lovely
