First off hello and welcome to AR
A couple of simple rules to follow and you'll be OK,(I hope!).

First When entering the forum and you start at the "New Members" all that means is introduce yourself,thats it,not help me,give me a cycle,or can I take this with that ok.
There is tons of info here for just about every question asked and theProper Threads that adress them. You,as a newbie,just have to take the time to read and research them.
Next hit the educational threads this might or will help you with what your looking for and help you make a more educated question. then go to Steroid Questions and ask away, if it already hasn't been answered by your own research!!!
Believe me it works I've lerned a ton and am still learning,don't get wrong I'm in no way saying don't ask just take your time and read and research your question first.If you come to no conclusion ask away but let the more experienced member know youve researched and got no were.
The members of AR are here to help you,but not BABYSIT YOU
They Know that they were once newbies too and most if not all have done there research so don't think your special
