Stumonky here! Been working out since about 98' but left the gym for over a year and jusd got back into it recently. I probably haven't been hardcore since 2000. I was lucky back in the beginning when I started to have some great "old school" mentors who taught me a lot on nutrition and proper training. Of course this day and age its hard to get everything you need from food so I do have an arsenal of vitmains and supplments I take too. So anywho, been back in the gym now for about 4 to 6 weeks, making AWESOME gains - so much in fact I have waitied to start on creatine until I level off a bit. I have been doing a lot of reading and research on all the new PHs. It is very interesting to me how much has changed since when the andro craze hit back in 98-99. I did a diol stack (4-AD & NOR-19) back then and gained about 11 pounds in two weeks on top of eating protein about every 2 hours.
Plan on seeing me a good bit in the PH & nutrition sections as I feel I can share a good deal of knowledge. I am 28, medium build, 5'10" currently about 170 lbs. I can fluctuate between 155-175. I am very endurance prone - spent a good deal of the last few years doing fitness running and I mountain bike a lot (my passion). When I was lifting harcore I fluctuated from 180-200 (solid). I have always found it easy to make gains and grow when I get set in training mode. I've always been natural and never juiced.
