    NY Post reports.....

osama has won because we A) he knocked the towers down B) is still at large C) we took out saddam who was the enemy of al queda, it has since been proven that saddam didnt trust al queda and we know Iraq was a secular country in comparison to the rest of the middle east.(probably more secular than the US as well) D) anti US sentiment is at an all time high in every country not just in the middle east (5 years ago today pro-US sentiment was at its height) Your guys thoughts on this.....................

The NY Post is a traditionally conservative leaning newspaper.

semantics can twist truth, and distort perception.

There is a twisted truth to the statement, but the other side of the story is that Bin-Fartin is no longer protected by a regime run by a perverted version of a faithful people. the only freedom he enjoys today is the fetal position on the floor of his cave. His people are hunted like animals across the planet, and his ability to orchestrate anything more than an orgy with his sister is finished. I see no victory for him or his supporters.

Iraq is another story, as is often said "history is paved with good intentions" Iraq had the opportunity to become a land of freedom and peace in a democratic and secular environment. But as it turns out the Arabs are happier to kill each other, Sunni against Shia against Kurd against foreign insurgents, against innocent Muslims. Car bombs, executions, and suicide bombs play to the tune of 100 deaths per day. I don’t fault the USA for this, but a mentality of intolerance, and unforgiving segregation with Islam itself.

The American left has done at least as much to embolden terrorists as osama ever did.

actually according to many analysts and this article, osama most likely is living a normal life somewhere (protected by his people) and not in a cave.

i was waiting for your response!!!! coincidentally there have been more attacks and attempted acts of terrorism during Bush's presidency then any other in US history..... you can blame the left for allowing terrorists to "breed" and maybe your correct, but the right has done nothing more then fuel their ire and create a new generation of terrorists. Im a moderate, i just thought the article was interesting.

    I couldn’t agree more.
Its funny, Anytime I turn on the news there is a Democrat trashing the administration seven ways from Sunday on every issue, but I have never once heard a Democrat explain what they would do differently.
I here the Hilary Clintons and John Carry's saying they would make us safer, stronger, more respected in the world, but never once heard them explaining just what they would do.

IMO the American left and indeed the left of western world has strengthened the terrorists, and given them legitimacy.
The damage is done, but what do they care if it gets them elected.........

I find this most difficult to belive, I remember a documentary of Bin -Fartin. His people trust no one, they take no chances when it comes to his safety, so the idea that he is in some village enjoying the comforts of home. When there is $25,000,000 bounty on his head seems very unlikely at best.

im not going to blame anyone..... we were real close to catching him at one point, the trail went cold.

singern, there may be a $25,000,000 bounty on his head but your dealing with people that have no concept of what that means and value things like suicide bombing and killing inocent american reporters. If we were hunting an american with that bounty we'd find him in a heartbeat. Not so with these nut jobs.
