Paul Helmke, president of the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence, noted that in key races throughout the nation, "more and more supporters of sensible gun laws" were winning... I can only imagine a deluge of anti-gun bills flying through Congress, since the Democrats have achieved complete control. If anyone is planning to purchase a firearm that is considered "high-capacity", "assault weapon", etc., NOW might be the time to make that purchase, while they can still be sold legally.

If the Dems think and govern that they are in office now because the country approves of their ideals, they will not be there in 2008. Besides, Guns DO make for good neighbors.....
