That article says there are no PLANS for these things but that they are being discussed as options and that certain "think tanks" have recommended them. The very notion or recommendation of such ideas is completely appauling to me. We should all be outraged that they even suggest such policies of a North American Union, or a common currency. This article did little to su**ue my concern over a NAU, but rather let me know that such ideas were on the table and indeed on the agendas of some politicians. It says the Council on Foreign Relations was one of the groups who recommended these things, and how many politicians who are running for President are CFR members? Answer: Most of them!
