    Viacom sues Youtube over copyright infringement

    Looks like the big production companies are now targeting YouTube, just like the music industry has gone after online filesharing networks.

    I sure hope Google and Youtube win this one. It should be allright to post and view "clips" and "fragments" of shows and the like.

    I mean I can see a problem with posting an entire movie or TV show on the site, but I see no problem posting just peices of them for us to check out.

    I really liked seeing that clip of Heraldo putting his foot in his mouth about Arnold on steroids , lol...

    Its legal to quote sections of books etc. So why shouldnt it be legal to post clips of shows.
