    Derrrrrrrrrrrrrr.......well the District court said it was alllllright, so uhh yea... But the Supreme Court (the one...ABOVE the District) said it wasn't alright... Well golly jee shucks, no biggy, YEEEHAW Im President... I think ima just claim executive priviledge on this one and tell Congress and the Supreme court to SUCK IT... Yippy kai yay..
