I saw this earlier. I think its completely ridiculous they waste time and tax dollars making stupid decisions like this. A 17 old spent the night in jail because his pants were "low"? Don't the cops have something better to be doing, the dunkin doughnuts here is 24 hrs

I see these guys all the time and i laugh everytime. It seems it takes so much energy to wear them like that. First, you have to put them on, then you have to have one hand hold them up so they won't fall down. Why even bother? Is it gang related? Some sort of fashion statement to some? I don't know, but it must be exhausting holding up your pants all damn day. Hilarious. I say let the idiots wear them if for no other reason than comic relief.
