Ooops -- it's a satirical website . . .
Seems some former journalists from the real Pravda set up some sort of mock publication because of some meddling from the Soviet/Russian government. They seem to think that their product, as crazy as it is, isn't that much different from official Russian news, in that the official news is tweaked by authorities so much that what's reported bears as much similarity to reality as the satire they produce.
The weblink to the "ballooning bodybuilders" was kinda funny, too . . .
