That's "Big Brother" in all his glory! Anyone who thinks we live in a free country is completely naive and possibly even just plain stupid...

I have never thought we lived in one.

But this is really a kick in face.

Oh, brother. FOX does it again . . .

If you look closely at what the gov't warning says,

Any or all uses of this system and all files ON this system may be intercepted, monitored, recorded, copied, audited, inspected, and disclosed
to authorized CARS, DoT, and law enforcement personnel, as well as authorized officials of other agencies, both domestic and foreign.

Well, of course the gov't is going to check everything that's on its system. If either an American or a foreigner hacks into it and screw it up, they're gonna get the FBI on your doorstep. Or if you're hacking into it from another country, they're gonna turn the info over to the authorities in whatever country you're in, and things will progress from there.

But then that silly paranoid wench gets hysterical and blurts,
"They are jumping right inside you seizing all of your private and personal information . . . "

No they aren't. The gov't warning says nothing about taking anything that's IN your computer. But if you put something ON their computer, that's their information, and that's that. Don't attack their database, don't lie, don't try to rip them off, and you'll be just fine.

I can't beleive the earth didn't open up beneath those fools and swallow them up whole.

Even though I think your a crockpot, your correct.

I work for the government and almost 90% of the INTERNAL computers say this warning. So this is nothing new, it's just saying in LAY terms "dont **** with us"

Huh . . . I don't see what the actual threat is here, aside from brain cells rotting away from watching the FOX channel and those hysteric talk show fools.

Singling out Fox and pretending that the other networks like NBC and CNN do not seriously slant their stories is absurd. CNN is a liberal democrat outlet for sure. Your only problem with Fox is that they give a fair shake to conservatives, and that they have several conservative talk show hosts. I can't stand Bill O'Reily for the most part, but don't pretend that Glenn Beck does not do a damn fine job of speaking out against infringements on the Constitution.

Do you dislike Ron Paul Republicans as well? People like myself who believe that every person should be viewed as an individual in the eyes of the government. And that no 'group' should receive more or less rights than another group? Essentially libertarianism. Do you support big government? Defecit spending? Foreign wars? Collectivism? Socialism? Interfering with the free market? Higher and higher taxes?

I mean I know that you support the Democrats for civil liberty issues, and I certainly believe that they do a much better job with gay rights than Republicans do. However, I don't see how an intelligent person like yourself can support any of the Democrats economic policies...I'm interested to hear your response.

I don't own a TV. There's nothing on there that merits spending $$$$ to watch, so I never bothered to update my regular TV. So I'll take your word for that.

Of course, back in the day, the Bush Administration was paying columnists and other writers to sneak their propaganda into their daily columns. I didn't hear too much outrage there.

The latest pile of Conservative Propaganda: DEATH PANELS.
First, FOX broadcast Sarah Palin's BS (Obama's health care plan will kill my baby):
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-Pgy...eature=related

Ann Coulter says, "Obama's plan encourages assisted suicide for the elderly." (at the 1:15 mark)
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZCvy9...eature=related

Newt Gingrich gets tied up in the issue as well:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-_swq...eature=related

Thanks to MSNBC, we've got the real story behind the story:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BTPf2...eature=related

There is no Death Panel. Sheesh . . . But you didn't hear that on FOX until after all the other news outlets had the story straight.

    -----

We've had other threads establishing the twists that FOX puts on news stories over the years. I dunno if they're still on this board, but they should make some illuminating reading.

Here, Glen Beck goes over the deep edge (he should check his blood pressure) - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YA7-B...eature=related

And what's this -- some of Glen Beck's advertisors have had enough of his BS?

No, my problem with FOX is they're a bunch of lying lizzards. But it's not really my problem because I never watch them except for clips on Youtube where everybody can see what a bunch of lying lizzards they are.

Do you dislike Ron Paul Republicans as well?
I voted for Ron Paul. I don't know too many "Ron Paul Republicans" so I can't comment on that.

People like myself who believe that every person should be viewed as an individual in the eyes of the government. And that no 'group' should receive more or less rights than another group?
I'd be happy to see that no 'individual' got more or less rights than another individual. Why did the guy who won the Army's Soldier Of The Year award have to be kicked out later on because he was gay? And why can the military still do stupid crap like that?

I mean I know that you support the Democrats for civil liberty issues, and I certainly believe that they do a much better job with gay rights than Republicans do. However, I don't see how an intelligent person like yourself can support any of the Democrats economic policies...I'm interested to hear your response.
    Who says I do?
There are only two viable political parties in the US. I support the Democrats most of the time because the Republicans are so awful (check out the Texas Republican PArty Platform). Republicans would be happy to throw me in prison and have a beadle come by 3 times a day to thrash me until I cried "Jesus!" Republicans don't do anything to get me any higher on Maslow's heirarchy of needs. Screw 'em.

When it comes to a choice between a balanced budget or going to prison, I'll stick with the Democrats.
