I know for a fact that this is true. I am friends with a person who co developed this and knew about it 15 years ago. It started being used around 10+ years ago mostly around the borders.

you may think thay are not credible but they are coorect about allot of things. especially the naked body scanner at the air ports that evrybody said were not real and would never happen
