Seems Guzman's Sinaloa cartel buddies and corrupt affiliates were loyal enough to dig him a one mile long tunnel underground leading up to his cell bathroom with a ladder. They even made it 5 feet tall and put lighting in it for him.

I can't help but laugh at the war on drugs. Drugs are only getting cheaper, its costing tax payers more money, and creating more "jobs" to put people in cages.
As of 2013, I believe the USA pumped over one trillion into this war and counting. When I was younger, the hardest thing to get was the legal substance alcohol next to methampethamine which is nonexistent for the most part in urban areas. Location, location, location.
