FBI lawyer to plead guilty: lying to FISA court for warrant to spy on Trump campaign

And on the subject or positive news ...

Kevin Clinesmith, Corrupt FBI Attorney Who Falsified Carter Page FISA Warrant, Expected To Plead Guilty

A top FBI lawyer who fabricated evidence in a federal spy warrant against Trump campaign affiliate Carter Page is expected to plead guilty to federal charges brought by U.S. Attorney John Durham. Kevin Clinesmith, who is expected to admit to deliberately fabricating evidence in a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant application, used to spy on a former campaign affiliate of President Donald Trump, was a top attorney in the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Office of General Counsel (OGC) and a key agency attorney under fired former FBI Director James Comey....
    (emphasis added)

The first pawn to fall in the Deep State campaign to thwart the Trump election. When that failed they tried (and still are trying) to overturn the results of the 2016 election. And with that conspiracy bearing no fruit, they are fomenting violent insurrection and fanning the flames of the coronapanic in efforts to disenchant Trump's base and undermine his re-election.

In bringing first Obamagate charge, Durham hints at other crimes

Prosecutor unveils evidence FBI knew before first FISA warrant in 2016 that Carter Page worked with CIA, wasn't a Russia stooge, and didn't inform court.

They also knew General Flynn's contacts with the Russians were completely above-board an in keeping with his official duties but that didn't stop them ass-raping a decorated hero and 30-year veteran of the armed forces under false pretenses.

And of course there will be more of Sheik Obama's (piss be upon him) minions charged. That's the way conspiracy cases always evolve. First you catch the minnows. They they roll over and turn state's evidence on the small fish in exchange for a reduced sentence. Then you reel in those small fish and use the same tactic to get them to roll over on the medium fish. Eventually you get around to landing the whales.

We Are Finally Seeing Some Measure Of Accountability For Russian Collusion Hoax

The Federalist’s Senior Editor Mollie Hemingway spoke out about former FBI attorney Kevin Clinesmith’s inclination to plead guilty for fabricating evidence suggesting Russian collusion, saying it is “the first indication of some measure of accountability” against those who spread the false narrative.

“At the end of the day, not a single American was found to have colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election [much less that a single vote was falsified as a result -- Beetlegeuse], but now we have the first indication of some measure of accountability for the people who perpetrated this false theory they did so much damage to the Republican president and his voters,” Hemingway said on Fox News’s “Special Report With Bret Baier.”..

... Hemingway’s comments come as Kevin Clinesmith, an FBI attorney, planned to plead guilty to federal charges on Friday for “fabricated evidence in a federal spy warrant against Trump campaign affiliate Carter Page.” According to federal documents, the FBI failed to mention that Page had served as an “operational contact” “who helped an agency believed to be the CIA to investigate suspected Russian intelligence figures for five years.”

“Clinesmith, his organization, and their associates put my very life at risk, leading to abusive calls and death threats because of my personal opinions and support for President Trump,” Page told The Federalist. “There is a long way to go on the road to restoring justice in America, but certainly a good first step has now been taken.”
