I’m doing it at again because of too much time on my hands and to keep up to date with guys like yourself, lol. I honestly don’t like to read/see all the crap that happens in the news every day. It’s too depressing and frustrating. Haven’t seen those names, but definitely look into them; thank you.

Those are both classics.
Jack London wrote the people of the abyss 1902. He actually went and lived in the slums of London at the height of the British empire. It's an account of his experiences and some of the people he met. It's kind of sad in a way, but it will change the way you see the world. I made all my children read it in thier late teens. It humbled them and opened there minds. Made them great full for what they had. At a time when they needed it.
Thus spoke Zarathustra is a philosophical book wrapped around a sort of fictional story. It covers the tenets of degenerative cultures and decadence of society. It was written by Fredrick nietchze in the 1880s. I believe it was after his human all to human book. Which is another good one.
David Hume is one of my favorites. He wrote a book called the treatise of human nature that covers the ideas of consent to authority, and an interesting idea he calls inductive reasoning, which sort of gives his opinion why most people can't think or perceive outside thier own boxes of experience and perception. And why forcing them to do so can cause hostility and be dangerous.
I sort of studied philosophy for a few years in my late 20s to early 30s when I was raising children and wondering why people seemed so stupid. I never found any answers but I learned alot about human nature. I got my fill of philosophy and went back to technical manuals and machinery for a number of years before studying political science in my late 30s. Now I'm back to technical manuals and machinery, metallurgy etc. For now anyway
I like Aristotle as well, who I consider to be the very first philosopher. His ideas made sense and were simple. Which is probably why they've stayed around through the ages. Anyone can read and understand his ideas.
Sometimes I wish I'd had known a man could make living as a scientist or author when I was a kid. I had no idea, because every adult I knew worked at the gold mines. If you had what it took to be skilled trades, then maybe one day you could make management. Otherwise you were on a shovel for life.
I always thought that the relationship between the scientists and philosophers was paramount to human ingenuity. The philosopher asks the deep questions, and the scientists seek the answers.
Sadly, there are no more philosophers, no more free thinkers. It seems our institutions of higher learning have stopped teaching people how to think, and focus only on preaching what to think. Open discourse and questioning conventional or modern populist theories is no longer allowed. Even worse, our scientists are working on selling pills for corporate pharmaceutical companies instead of studying nature and answering questionsLast edited by Hughinn; 04-19-2021 at 10:40 AM.

I will definitely check them both out. The Jack London book first. I loved Upton Sinclair’s “The Jungle”. It was written in 1906 and it was about working conditions in Chicago. Looking forward to read what likely was the motivation for”The Jungle”.
When I was switching from medicine back to teaching I was taking a lot of philosophy classes and was toying with getting a degree, but just realized it wasn’t reasonable. The philosopher that got me started is considered one of the fathers of the French Revolution and an influence upon our founding fathers. His name is Rousseau.
I can’t read much philosophy now. It takes so much energy and focus. I’m trying to get into this book on the history of the Middle East and it’s like an f’n text-book. It’s interesting, but I need something that reads easier.
Regarding college, I simply lucked out. No one in our family ever had an opportunity before & I had no choice. College never taught me how to think, I never cared to back then. I just wanted to learn my subject matter.
I’m not going to argue current teaching practices out here, but I know the teachers in many subjects in our school, my favorites being government and history. And I know for a fact that an agenda is not forced upon those kids and they are encouraged to question, think and disagree. But that’s just where I’m at, I’m not saying it’s universal.

If you sincerely argue Biden won this election I can prove that you are in denial. How many counties did Obama win in 2012? 873 counties is how many counties Obama won in 2012
How many counties did Trump win in 2016? 3141 counties. Killary only won 57.
But you still want to argue about Biden won 2021? With 477 counties Biden won 81 M votes? I refuse to take you serious. Liberalism is a disease.
And what’s with Biden’s inaurguration? Military anomalies that are VERY strange. Why is Biden behind a green screen?
Very odd

At this point, there's even alot of democrats that know they cheated.
They just don't care, because they got what they wanted.
Basically, the elite, ruling class of billionaires and political dynasties bought the outcome they wanted. They got a few of thier sheep to bleat and moan, stirred as much hatred and division as they could, vilified any and all who disagreed with them to the max, and stole the biggest election in the free world.
They sold out America, for a chance to rule the whole fucking world.
I am not registered to any political party. The Republicans let America down time and time again, they refuse to grow or show balls and stand up to the powers destroying this nation from the inside out. It's sad that they're all we have standing in the way.
I am not a registered Republican. But, I am 1000% An Anti-Democrat. The corruption, the sleazy, conniving, manipulating of that party has torn at the fabric of this country for centuries. Now, they want to sell out America, to bring communism to the whole world. With them in charge like kings and queens. These people are fucked up. They have to be stopped

I understand many people aren't very good at math so...
Trump won more counties than Biden. Fact.
But Biden won more votes.
How do you ask?
Biden won the big counties.
Why do you ask?
The big counties are the cities.
example:
One county, Los Angeles county, has over 10,000,000 people.
Meanwhile the 29 counties in Utah have just over 3,000,000 people. (Trump won 27 out of 29.)
So Trump wins 27 out of 30 counties...
But...
Biden wins the Presidency.
Please stop spreading lies and propaganda.

Go to duckduck go and search Biden AF1. Biden isn’t on the same AF1 that Trump had. Maybe you can find Biden on that same plane Trump has flown in past 4 years. I search for small details. I hate listening to MSM
I’m sure you seen the green screen Biden was on? Search Biden green screen microphone. Amazing that YouTube hasn’t pulled down that video.
What kills me is the peace Trump brought to Middle East and Isreal. Now look @ Isreal? It’s chaos right now and Iran apparently wants war. Weird how this all happens so quickly after a new administration.
Biden is a criminal. He wrote the patriot Act in the 90’s. Just needing a crisis to get it pushed through. Yet people refuse to believe it’s true. It’s outside their comfort zones. Or they just have a hate towards the Western European Christian.

Please stop spreading lies and propaganda.[/QUOTE]
You are a complete hypocrite. There were more votes than registered voters. You do realize that, right? Can you count? 76 M plus 81 M equals? What does that equal? And the denominator is how many registered voters in US? It’s 133 M. Can you do that math problem?
Yet you argue “please stop spreading lies” knowing full well this was not a fair election yet you can’t be honest with yourself let alone be honest in a discussion forum.

Your own link proved you wrong.
In its thread of tweets, the account MSM Fact Checking provided conflicting calculations without citing sources. The initial post claimed there were 133 million registered voters. In another tweet, it claimed there were 213 million registered voters with a voter turnout rate of 62.5%. All of these numbers are false.
We know, after weeks of counting, that there were roughly 159 million ballots cast in the presidential election. According to the Election Project, this accounts for 66.7% of the eligible voting population of 239 million Americans..
The U.S. Census Bureau publishes voter registration totals for the nation; its 2020 numbers are not yet available.
It specifically said that 133 million registered voters is wrong.
It specifically said the 2020 numbers are not yet available.
Please stop spreading lies.
(Although if you do please keep proving yourself wrong.)

You mean the "registered voters" AFTER Nov 3? The uncreased ballots that were counted and recounted? The deceased who voted? The out of State people who voted? Is that what you want to argue??
Our right to vote & bear arms is what makes this country great. People like you will destroy this nation from within. You use MSM news reports to support your lie. When I debate back with information you in return use MSM reports. Knowing full well Biden couldn't fill a high school gym. But you are perfectly willing to lie about the election integrity almost as if you get some perverted satisfaction from it.

https://time.com/5936036/secret-2020-election-campaign/
"That’s why the participants want the secret history of the 2020 election told, even though it sounds like a paranoid fever dream–a well-funded cabal of powerful people, ranging across industries and ideologies, working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information. They were not rigging the election; they were fortifying it. And they believe the public needs to understand the system’s fragility in order to ensure that democracy in America endures."
Fortify election results? Who are you trying to fool? Yet you take yourself seriously. That's cringe.

I guess you do not understand the meaning of the word fortify.
Fortify: to make secure.
Thus they were not rigging the election... they were making the election more secure.
Thanks again for proving yourself wrong.
Ohhh... and thanks again for quoting MSM.
I guess MSM is bad unless YOU want to use it. Then MSM media is good. Got it.

Joe Biden and his family has made a lucrative business by selling access to American policy through his office for a half century.
It doesn't take a genius to see why he escapes scrutiny. Why it's okay for his son to hold vested interest in Chinese hedgefunds and have Chinese spy operatives as his "assistants". Or why he can video himself snorting coke off the buttocks of teenage prostitutes amd it's all good to the liberals.
Joe biden now has the national guard cleaning up trash at the Mexican border while the cartels drive by taunting and laughing at them.
But we're supposed to believe 81 million people voted for that.
81 million people would rather focus on building up Chinese manufacturing than American workforces
81 million people voted to give control of the border to the Mexican drug cartels instead of or own border agencies.
81 million people would rather buy expensive Saudi Arabian oil instead of American
81 million people voted to buy foreign energy than produce our own
81 million people think American farmers deserve less subsidies than Mexican farmers.
We're supposed to believe there are 81 million people that stupid in America, and that something like 50 million mail in ballots were all on the up and up.....because the people who benefited exclusively from all the bizzare shenanigans told us so.
And were supposed not see or talk about it, more the fact that those same people are doing everything they can to prevent third party audits from happening.
It's not hard to see that it's completely ridiculous. There is no policy that joe biden could win on. So they cheated.Last edited by Hughinn; 05-10-2021 at 07:15 AM.

And they wouldn't have gotten away with it if there were no people like DD in this country. This guy knows Biden cheated, he knows MSM is covering it up, he's aware of it and he's purposely acting dumb. For some twisted reason he pleasures seeing Trump supporters frustration on a stolen election. Thomas Jefferson shot a man at the lawn of the WH for treason. We won't get our country back unless conservatives fight back. Boots on the ground for 2022 & 2024.
It's a guarantee Trump and (unknown) will be a massive campaign. Perhaps it'll Florida Gov Desantis as Trump VP? Or Candice Owens? Trump can't announce who he will choose as VP yet because of the finance laws. Conservatives will be crazy for this election in 2024. We got ripped off in 2020. Trumps rally's will be bigger than 2020 rally's. It's almost as if this is all by design. One of my fav Q drops below.
Shall we play a game?

Who stepped down today [forced]?

More coming?
Why is this relevant?
How do you 'show' the public the truth?
How do you 'safeguard' US elections post-POTUS?
How do you 'remove' foreign interference and corruption and install US-owned voter ID law(s) and other safeguards?
It had to be this way.
Sometimes you must walk through the darkness before you see the light.

It's not perverted satisfaction. It's almost a tortured misery for him actually.
That guy is the product of serious indoctrination.
He runs around this place policing people for having opinions he doesn't think are acceptable. He thinks he hates racism and bigotry. So he thinks it's his responsibility to police it. But at the same time, he sees his own bigotry ,racism and hatred as some bizarre quasi type of morality. He cannot see the parallels. He doesn't understand.
That's what happens when the influence of independent male mentorship is absent during the growth of an adolescent or young man. I can't claim to know the guy's life story at all, but I can tell you for certain he didn't have anyone to teach him about manhood, independence, self sufficiency, and independent thought.
The guy has likely been dominated by women, and raised by institutions his whole life. Despite a likely comfortable life, it was full of depravity and lacking seriously important interactions and lessons.
You're trying to reason with a menial in the sense that he has no ability or desire to think for himself or outside of the box. He's plenty educated and articulate. But not at all intuitive or intelligent.
The guy's beyond the point of return. The self loathing, fear and insecurities at this point has defined what he is for too long. The need to see worth in the eyes of others and define personal successes by the definition of those he seeks to please rather than his own (because he doesn't have any of his own) has shaped him for good.
A man who's greatest desire is to be kept like livestock because it's safer and easier than suffering for liberty and independence isn't someone your going to get the points you make across to. He's just not going to understand.
At one time, most men would rather keep a scrap of meat they got themselves, for themselves next to a small fire hunkered down in the wilderness, rather than eat a full meal at the foot of a master while wearing his yolk. And understanding why that is, is something some of us don't need to talk about or try to articulate, because we understand it on such a basic primal level that it doesn't need to be explained. It explains itself, it's a basic instinctual part of manhood that we simply have no need to question. It's just that way.
He doesn't have that, nor does he even remotely understand it. I'm not sure he could, even if he wanted to.
So proceed by all means. But keep that in mind my friend.Last edited by Hughinn; 05-10-2021 at 07:42 AM.

People can have different political views.
I am fine with that.
What I cannot stand is people lying.
One should not need to lie to further one's political views.
Hughinn... curious aboutyour profile picture...
It looks blurrier than the last time you used it.
Also...
On the left side of the picture it looks like you have a hip but the right side of the picture looks like you don't have a hip. The right side is perfectly straight. Almost looks photo shopped.Last edited by The Deadlifting Dog; 05-10-2021 at 07:46 AM.

I'd just like to extend you one piece of perspective and advice here dog.
Lay off with throwing around names like you do.
When testmonster said shit to me that wasn't true, or you have, I don't call you liars. Because I know test monster believed what he said was fact. A lie is saying stuff that isn't true, when you know it's not true but say it anyway.
There's information flying around contradictory of eachother all over the place. Debate is weighing that various nformation against itself and eachother, then balancing against logic and common sense. Such discourse is important for learning and discovering truth.
You howling liar every time someone says something you don't like to hear not only makes you look stupid. It's not productive to the debate itself.
Why are you obsessed with me? The hips? Really? But,, I am standing with one foot on a small step up by where the tub is. The blue and grey walls have a step between them. Thanks for noticing i guess. Nice to know someone appreciated it. But I've already told you about tattoos.Last edited by Hughinn; 05-10-2021 at 07:58 AM.

Let me clarify something. I have never been political, EVER. I was taught growing up politicians are thieves. There's only been a handful of Presidents that I respected. When Trump announced he's running for President I called him a "douchebag" Until I seen him debate on the panel with other Republicans is when I started to like him.
Again Trump's presidency has always baffled me. I was very curious as to how one guy is this well thought out, well rounded and strategical with foreign affairs. Media's reaction was surprising. I apparently had no idea how corrupt they were too.
The fact that you personalize your politics is discouraging. I am sorry if I get offensive with you, but it's my frustration. Government does very little for us. Of course we need laws and regulations. But it frustrating people don't discern all politicians do is steal.. Republicans do it, Democrats do it. They all do it.
Mitch McConnel is a Republican Senator from GA. You should hear the stories his family tells about this guy. He isn't suitable to be a gas station clerk. He's a total freak. He will eat 2-3 plates of spinach with his hands before ThanksGiving dinner. His own family is hates him, yet he's a Senator in GA?
Did you know Bill Bar's father is a mentor to a young 21 year old Jeffrey Epstein? To know these truths, yet argue Republican vs Democrat is frustrating for me.
