OMG. This has to be the most GAYEST thing I have seen someone suggest. And it will probably happen.
Some fuck nut suggests that EVERYONE should be licensed to go online. This will ensure proper use of the interent as per virus spread, illegal downloads, porn presentation, etc.

The person uses the internet in relation to driving a car. HOW THE FUCK IS THAT LIKE USING A VEHICLE. Come on.
This guy needs to be socked and I swear I would do it if the guy were near me just because he is an idiot.
