I used to make a different version of these using 3 blend Mexican cheese, regular pasta and mayonnaise. This is a little more healthy with the olive oil and Whole grain pasta.
You can make a big batch of this stuff in around 10 minutes and its a great meal that doesnt need to be heated.
Just cook the pasta, run it under cold water for a bit so it doesn't melt the cheese.
Add Olive oil to your liking and I use a lot of black pepper to give it more flavor. Then add shredded cheese, minced black olives, then slice the green olives. I buy the green olives in bulk because they're more expensive. I also pour out 70% of the water in the glass jar and add regular tap water. The Green olives will taste way to salty otherwise.
I'd boil 2 boxes because one only made about 4 Tupperwares. Play around with ingredients and maybe add a protein source like a mild sausage.
